Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AtomTask (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App in any way, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

AtomTask is a productivity application that uses artificial intelligence to help users decompose tasks into smaller micro-actions, manage priorities, track habits, and maintain focus. The App is available as a downloadable Android APK and may be offered on other platforms in the future.

3. Accounts

To use AtomTask, you may create an account via Google OAuth or email/password through Supabase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Free Plan

The free plan includes 5 lifetime AI task deconstructions. After reaching this limit, you cannot create new deconstructions unless you upgrade to Premium. Existing tasks remain fully accessible and editable.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Payment: All payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store or process payment details.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Gumroad. Premium features remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Gumroad per their refund policy.
• License key: After purchase, you receive a license key to activate Premium in the app.

6. AI Features

AtomTask uses NVIDIA's API to provide AI-powered task deconstruction and priority suggestions. Only task titles are sent to the AI service — never personal information or full task content. AI results are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You should review and adjust AI-generated content as needed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App.
• Circumvent license verification or subscription mechanisms.
• Use the App to store or process sensitive personal information (health data, financial information, etc.).
• Interfere with the App's operation or security features.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Nacer Eddine. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal productivity purposes. You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your task data is stored locally on your device, not on our servers.
• We use Supabase only for authentication.
• License keys are verified through Gumroad but not stored.
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

AtomTask is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, lost productivity, or indirect damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Local data on your device is not affected by account termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first.
